Good morning,

Thursday’s UVXY puts should be up 30-50% this morning so I’ll be looking for exits there.

I was assigned the DWAC bear calls so I exercised the $34 calls this morning. I’m still in the puts a few weeks out. It’s holding strong around $40 so I’m considering moving on soon.

MMAT, UXIN, WW and IQ are the oversold small-caps stocks I’m watching.

Short interest on WW is 23% so if it holds $4 I’ll be looking for a 10% move to the middle $4’s.

PLUG, SOFI and CVNA are mid-caps I like. All are option-able too so I can get leverage with calls and collect time decay with put spreads.

I’m already in the February 23 $5.50 calls on PLUG from Thursday. The company has good news out this morning so we’ll see if it can work into the middle to upper $5’s.

The markets change daily. What worked yesterday might not work today. At Jason Bond Picks I teach and use many strategies. Trading requires an understanding of how markets work, adaptability and mastery of emotions.

Jobs numbers were good. This won’t bode well for the IWM. With the 10-day EMA around $195 I’ll be looking for puts again today.

Eat, sleep & trade!
